Bug & Track Weld Head

Orbitrack is designed for big diameter pipe up to 1 meter in diameter. Recommended for sizes above the 273mm open weld head. Suitable for Carbon, Stainless Steel, Nickel based alloys.

It completes multipass welding including root run, fill & cap to a class 1 welding level.

AVC and OVC allows complete control over the bug set up enabling adjustment of Tungsten height, oscillation (weave) while welding with the machine with the hand controller. You can also adjust speeds and amperage during a weld programme.

Speed up productivity and have control over weld quality. Easy user friendly clamp on and clamp off system.

Each weld is recorded in the machine programme and a inspection report is automatically populated. This can be downloaded by usb or printed via a Bluetooth connected printer.
