Prisms
We manufacture prisms in 3 different sizes (OD 3 mm to OD 170 mm). These are made of high-strength aluminium and the clamping screws of 1.4301 (stainless steel). Thus we can guarantee that your high quality is retained.
Forming equipment
Our forming equipment includes forming gas plugs and forming gas chambers. These reduce the space to be formed considerably and guarantee that welding work can begin after a few seconds or minutes (depending on the nominal width). You can purchase these chambers as a set or individually.

Saw blades
We have saw blades for all pipe saws that are available on the market.

Tube clamps 1/2 “ to 4”
The stapling pliers make it considerably easier for you to staple pipe or fitting joints. Please tell us your outside diameter, we will supply you with the suitable stapling pliers. The product is easy to handle and the clamp is S/S to stop contamination.

Preparation devices
Optimal preparation for perfect results
Preparation devices, or pipe end processing devices, are necessary for burr-free and right-angled seam preparation during orbital welding. In manual welding technology, high-quality pipe end processing is important for economic reasons; In orbital welding, the high quality of pipe end processing is also absolutely necessary for technical reasons. We offer the high-quality preparation devices TF 1.5 and TF 4.5 for your welding preparation. The best solution for the correct preparation of pipe ends for your orbital welding!
