TTS 40

TTS 90
Our pipe-to-plate welding head with cold wire device (rotating) has a pneumatic clamping system. Even overhead work is possible thanks to the pneumatic mandrels and the spring force of the pneumatic clamping system.

TTS 90 AVC
With the additional AVC system, the TTS 90 AVC enables, for example, two layers to be welded in one clamping. In addition, the new head has a wire ON / OFF and start ON / OFF button in the handle – protected from damage. The mechanical travel of the torch is 15 mm and the AVC travel is plus/minus 5 mm.

TTS Autoline
By using the TTS-Autoline as a device for the TTS 90, you can work without a balancer.
The weight is precisely adjusted to the height of the head in the linear unit, so that it can be moved very easily by hand.
Details:
The TTS-Autoline offers you several advantages:
- No cartridges and spindles, no jamming, no surface damage to the inside of the pipe, no wear on the eroded clamping cartridges, etc.
- You could theoretically weld pipes up to ID 1 mm (since no clamping and centering on the inside is necessary)
- Easy handling: clamping of all three axes with one switch.
- Easy adjustment of the device (threaded spindles on the feet, rotating units on the head attachment with knee levers)
