Remote controls for orbital welding machines
More possibilities thanks to mobility
You have the choice if you want to operate your orbital welding system with a wire-remote control, a wireless remote control or with our Bluetooth (class 1) 7“ Windows-remote control in tablet-style, with which you can control and document the whole welding process in connection with our Basic-welding system. Bluetooth Class 1 ensures a long and save transmission. The cases of the remote controls are handy, self-explanatory and communications are transmitted by the built-in SMD-LED.
RC Plus+ wireless
The RCplus+ has 2 operation levels: Test- & welding mode (working mode)
Operating Options:
- Start & Stop
- Weld without electric arc – test run
- Turn left and right
- Wire back and forward
- Adjustment of OSC & AVC – axes
- Modification of oscillation width also while welding
- Modifications of the currents and wire speeds also while welding
Details:
Thanks to a built in, internal LED-light, the operating condition “welding” is indicated by flashing of the LED. If you are in the modification-mode while welding, the flashing phase ON is longer than OFF (optical identification if modifications are locked or free).
In case of a fault indication, it flashes in the same binary like the signal of the welding machine.

Accessories:
For control via radio remote control, an associated, paired RCplus+ cable remote control is always required.
Advantage: Can be used on any welding system, since no communication is requested internally, but rather between the remote controls.

Details:
The RC TouchOne is a wireless remote control, which works in connection with the orbital welding system BasicPlus. The components are arranged as a modular construction system. The simple operator guidance and the programming in smartphone-style (system generateswelding programs by itself) and also the extensive possibilities of the easy operable software are outstanding. The operator is able to create welding programs peripheral and to load them on the orbital welding machine. The same also applies to the subsequent documentation of the welding parameters.
