Linear welding devices
Consistent welding produces excellent results.
Our linear units can be ordered from 100 mm to 3,000 mm and serve as a linear welding device for applying material to surfaces, welding e.g. E.g. corner seams on sheet metal boxes, welding strips together, etc.
A toothed belt is used as the drive system, which guarantees smooth running.
OS LINEAR
The OS-LINEAR orbital service linear units can be ordered from 100 mm to 3,000 mm. A timing belt was used as the drive system. This guarantees smooth running.
Details:
- The system is equipped with two emergency stop switches, which are mounted on both ends.
- The process distance is set via two individually adjustable read sensors.
- The system can be equipped with our wire system, arc voltage control and our oscillation.
Applications:
- Applying of material on surfaces
- Welding of, for example, corner seams on metal boxes
