We provide the user with a range of closed welding heads, which are the narrowest welding heads in their scope for orbital welding in the world. The unique clamping system made of spring steel (CWH 21 & CWH 38) allows the operator to work comfortably, is cost-effective and can be adjusted several times. In addition, the CWH 21 can be converted into a self-centering block using clamping blocks. The parts to be welded are inserted into the clamping block, clamped and this block is put on the head. The operator saves the tacking process and can weld the components together in a easy manner. The larger, water-cooled welding heads CWH 53, CWH 76 and CWH 115 are equipped with aluminum jaws.
CWH 21
The CWH 21 is a handy, gas-cooled welding head. The width of just 28 mm and the innovative clamping system are unique. In addition, this can be equipped with a self-centre clamping block, which makes pre tacking unnecessary.

CWH 53
The CWH 53 is a handy, water-cooled welding head. The width of just 38 mm and the innovative clamping system is unique.
Details:
With its‘ dimensions, the weld head is the slimmest weld head in its‘ area of application worldwide. Due to the unique clamping jaw-concept (secured by utility patent), tolerances in the jaws can be absorbed. The material is of high quality and enables a long-lasting usage with these high-quality clamping –jaws. With the unique cooling water-guidance, the heat is lead away where it arises. Thanks to the separation of water and current in the hose package and also inside the weld head, it is possible to operate the weld head also without water cooling unit when the duty cycle is low. Especially in tight spaces the handling of the complete system is eased due to the not necessary water cooling unit.
